An amazing clinic! Everyone on their staff is sooo sweet! Yes- you have to wait, they are a 24 hr clinic with no appointments. (It’s honestly expected though). We waited two hours to get my dog seen for a bad ear infection. Our bill was only $104. They are very reasonable, upfront and actually gave me a breakdown of what to expect over the phone! Don’t think twice about brining your pets here! Great place.

I had to take my dog here last week for emergency surgery and they did everything they could to save his life and I’m so thankful he is home with us ❤️ they kept me updated through everything and told me every detail there was needed and didn’t leave out anything . I highly recommend bringing your pets here for anything emergency, all the staff is so caring and will take care of your pets and you through the difficult time ! Thank you again for your caring staff and amazing doctors that took great care of my pup

Brought my pit Baylee in last weekend when she started vomiting excessively and had an emergency situation that needed immediate attention. They took her in as soon as they could and took amazing care of her while she was hospitalized. She is doing so much better now after being on her medications for the week. Thank goodness for this place. They are so wonderful. They took my sweet baby Kisses back to help her with her breathing. They gave us time and explained things to us in a private room to make the best decision for her. Wonderful people.

My husband and I took our sweet boy here because he wasn’t eating and became really skinny and boney.. they ran blood tests and it turned out he had FIP. Sadly we had to put him down but the staff was so supportive and sweet. It was such a difficult time for my family but their condolences made it a bit easier! Highly recommend them!

I was shown extreme compassion when I had to to put my 17 year old cat down. I worked at veterinarian clinics all through high school and college. I appreciated very much that they gave my baby a sedative before euthanasia. I would have asked that for that before anyway, but the Dr. Just came in with it. So thankful they are here!

The staff is very polite and take detailed notes. Without us even asking they had given our older dog an orthopedic bed to lay on while he was waiting to see the vet. We have had our cat here as well and again the are very professional and caring! We have used another facility in Jacksonville NC and were not impressed. Swansboro Animal Hospital is the only place we take our pets for after hours care!

This place is a class act! They really helped us with our cat who got into a tussle and needed some help. We were able to get him right in and get the help we needed at an affordable price , highly recommend. Professional and kind staff.

I would like to send a huge thank you to the staff at Swansboro Animal Hospital tonight. I called to see what we could do about our pup and Jacksonville wasn't much help but these ladies went above and beyond tonight to comfort my family as we made a very tough decision. By far the best animal hospital in the surrounding area.. brought my dog in for seizures and the vet was very blunt and to the point (which I needed). The techs were absolutely amazing and took great care of my baby while he was hospitalized! They took my concerns seriously and didn't dismiss me like some others have previously. This will be the only emergency vet I will take my animals to from now on!

The staff are very professional and compassionate. When we called they asked what was going on and how far out we were. They were prepped and ready for us when we arrived. Unfortunately, we had to let our beloved Val go, but he went in peace thanks to the care he received. We will forever be grateful.

Took my pup there right after the new year, so a lot of places were closed. From the front staff all the way to the vet, they were courteous and treated our dog like their own. Hopefully, we will never have to make an emergency visit again, but if we do, this will definitely be our place to visit.
